And if we do not deliver...
one free night for one delegate for every 24 hours of delay.*

* Excluded the external services of the hotel. From 09:00 – 18:00 hours during working days, depending on the working hours of the area.

COMMITMENT 2

Meeting concierge

Our Meeting Concierge will stay in continuous contact with you, especially during the day prior to the event, to check every detail. You will have his data to find him at any moment.

And if we do not deliver...
a free night for the organizing person, with bed and breakfast.

COMMITMENT 3

Availability

The meeting room and the breakouts will be ready in time as agreed.

And if we do not deliver...
one free day of meeting room or rooms if we do not fulfil our promise.

COMMITMENT 4

100% maintenance

The maintenance staff will be available upon request to guarantee that the technical equipment is in perfect shape.

And if we do not deliver...
one free day of the equipment you could not use because it was in bad shape.
